A Day in the Life of an Intimo Lingerie Consultant...

Intimo Lingerie attracts women from all backgrounds and lifestyles, corporate women and stay at home mums, and offers them the opportunity to take control of their working life and financial future. This is a typical day for me, Fiona, Intimo Team Leader.

When I first contemplated a party plan business and started to research the various companies to choose from, I didn't have very much of an idea how it would all work. But, what I did know is that I had the motivation and will to make it work.

Luckily in the middle of this process I was invited to an Intimo Lingerie Presentation and my fate was sealed. It was love at first sight, the product is wonderful and I wanted lots of it....all of it. Then I started to look into the business plan and what I found was a company that allows women to achieve what ever they desire whether it be a fully fledged career or a part-time income.

Looking a little deeper I found a company that is financially sound, in fact Intimo is debt free. This really sealed the deal for me. But, one final factor came into play, the initial outlay to get started. I wanted to make sure that the money that I need to outlay was reasonable and would be recouped as quickly as possible and I believed that Intimo Lingerie offered this. I spent just under $1000 on my initial kit and recouped this in my first 3 weeks.

Now, nearly two years on, I have a team that is growing and an income that is steadily rising. Looking into the future I see Intimo and financial stability for my family. When I first considered becoming a Party Plan consultant I was unsure of what it really meant and where it would lead, but, I did see  potential. Becoming an Intimo Consultant and having my own Party plan business is the best career decision I have made.

6.00am Walk on the Beach

As the mum of two small children, this is the only time of day that I can devote to my physical and mental wellbeing. We live in a coastal community, just a few doors from the beach so I use this amazing natural location to rejuvenate my mind and body.

7.00am

Back to reality - breakfast for the family, making lunches, helping kids get ready for school

8.45am

Walk to school, we are lucky enough to live close enough to my son's school to walk there in the morning and afternoon.

9.15am

Back home and a quick tidy up in the kitchen, a load of washing in the machine and then I hit the office. Answering emails and catching up with the girls in my team as well as other administration work. This is the time I schedule in meetings and team training

Noon

I try to break for lunch at a regular time, I find that I have a more effective afternoon if I allow myself at least a 1/2 hour break at midday.

2.45pm

I walk to school in time for the bell and take the kids to what ever activity it is on for the afternoon. If there is no after school activity we might go for a swim or walk on the beach. Then it's home to do homework

5.30pm

We like to sit together as a family for dinner so we eat early on nights that I have a presentation on. This works really well for our young family.

6.30pm

Off to the Presentation. I usually try to book 3-4 presentations a week. Living in a small community means that my commute is no more than 15minutes. Set up takes 5-10minutes and then I'm ready to go.

10.00pm

Arrive home from a presentation. My husband will have a cup of tea waiting and we will chat for a while. I like to write up my party order and unwind before bed.

11.00pm

Bed! Asleep in 30 seconds and ready to start the next day. :)
