LEVEL ONE: SENIOR CONSULTANTQUALIFICATION • $3000 personal commissionable sales per month for 3 out of 4 consecutive months and one active first line downline member in the final month of qualification.OR • $5000 personal commisisonable sales per month for 3 out of 4 consecutive months. No recruit needed REWARDS • Senior Consultant Pin • 60% discount on new releases (one item per style number - does not include new colourways or modified items). • $150 Intimo Retail Voucher Achievement Award • Downline commission of 5%, 2%, 1/2% LEVEL TWO: TEAM COORDINATORQUALIFICATION • $4000 personal commissionable sales per month AND $10,000 group volume per month Both criteria required for the same 3 out of 4 consecutive months AND • Three active first line downline members are required in the final month of qualification REWARDS • Team Coordinator Pin • 70% discount on new releases (one item per style number - does not include new colourways or modified items). • $250 Intimo Retail Voucher Achievement Award • Downline commission of 5%, 2%, 1/2% LEVEL THREE: TEAM LEADERQUALIFICATION • $3000 personal commissionable sales per month AND $20,000 group volume per month. Both criteria required for the same 3 out of 4 consecutive months AND • Four active first line downline members and six active downline members in entire organisation are required in the final month of qualification. The above criteria is required for the same 3 out of 4 consecutive months • Four active first line downline and one Team Leader in downline organisation are required in the final month of qualification OR Four active first line downline and two Team Coordinators in downline organisation are required in the final month of qualification REWARDS • Director Pin • $500 Cash Achievement Award • Commission Structure; 5%,4%, 4% on downline. LEVEL SIX: EXECUTIVE DIRECTORQUALIFICATION • $280,000 Group Volume (3 level downline) per month for 3 out of 4 consecutive months (3 level downline) First line downline is to represent a minimum 10% of overall group volume. • Four active first line downline and one Senior Director in downline organisation are required in the final month of qualification OR Four active first line downline and two Directors in downline organisation are required in the final month of qualification REWARDS • Executive Director Pin • $1200 Cash Achievement Award • Commission Structure; 5%,4%, 4%,1%,1%,1% on downline. Eligible for commission on second and third level international team members.
